Al-Futtaim BYD KSA has formally launched the BYD ATTO 8 at the Riyadh Motor Show. Introducing the brand’s first 7-seater SUV in Saudi Arabia and pitching it as a premium, family-focused super-hybrid built for daily driving and long-distance travel.

BYD ATTO 8 Performance
Under the skin, the ATTO 8 uses BYD’s 5th-generation DM (Dual Mode) Super Hybrid platform, available in two configurations.
The DM-i version prioritizes efficiency, offering a WLTC range of up to 728 kilometers on a single charge and tank, aimed at making long drives feel easier and more worry-free.
Drivers who want performance can opt for the DM-p (Dual Motor Performance) setup, which delivers up to 480 HP combined, uses intelligent all-wheel drive, and sprints 0–100 km/h in 4.9 seconds.
Space, Comfort, and Tech
With a length of over 5 meters and a 2,950 mm wheelbase, the ATTO 8 is designed to seat seven adults.
Inside, the cabin includes 11-layer leather seats with massage functions and 14-way power adjustment up front. Plus ventilation for the first two rows. Flexible seating modes include a camping bed configuration for rest stops and outdoor trips.
Tech highlights include a 21-speaker DiSound system, 128-color ambient lighting, a head-up display, wireless Apple CarPlay, and Android Auto. Also, a BYD app with remote access to over 40 vehicle functions. Safety features include 11 airbags and BYD’s CTB structure, which integrates the Blade Battery into the frame.
